How much water for a day?
At least 1.5 litres per person, double in heat. Tea in a thermos doesn't count.
Boots if it's dry?
The bank is always wet — dew, silt, surf. Rubber boots or waterproof hiking boots.
What food for a day?
Anything that keeps without a fridge: sandwiches, boiled eggs, vegetables, nuts. See the food list.
