What for one day?
Sandwiches, boiled eggs, cucumbers and tomatoes, nuts and dried fruit, a thermos of tea. Anything that keeps without a fridge.
What for an overnight?
Grains, pasta, canned meat, potatoes, onions, bread, tea and coffee, salt and spices. Plus a spare day.
How to keep it in heat?
A cooler with ice packs. Meat and fish only in the cooler; otherwise eat them in the first hours.
