Река Шелюг течёт по Кировской области, протяжённость её чуть больше 50 километров. Рядом с ней находится посёлок Пинюг, что делает дорогу сюда относительно простой. Шелюг — типичный представитель средней русской реки с разнообразием рыбных обитателей, она не слишком длинная, но достаточно интересная для любителей речной рыбалки. Здесь не встретишь мегапопулярных городских водоемов, зато можно насладиться спокойствием и размеренным течением.
На Шелюге водятся разные виды рыб: щука, которая активно охотится в прибрежных зарослях, жерех – быстрый и проворный хищник, а также язь и плотва, которые охотно выходят на кормёжку. Есть и сом с налимом, что добавляет азарта рыбалке. Уклейка и ёрш вносят разнообразие в улов, делая рыбалку на эту реку живой и интересной для тех, кто хочет поймать как хищную, так и мирную рыбу.
