Река Вига протянулась на 180 километров по Костромской области, впадая в Унжу, которая, в свою очередь, входит в большой бассейн Волги. Это достаточно крупная река с живописными берегами, недалеко от которой находится город Чухлома — всего около девяти километров. Здесь есть простор для настоящей речной рыбалки, и сама Вига создаёт ощущение простора и свободы, что всегда ценят любители природы.
На Виге можно поймать как хищников — щуку, налима и сома, так и мирных обитателей — плотву, уклейку, ерша, язя и жереха. Рыбалка получается разнообразной и насыщенной, с возможностью переключаться между разными снастями и методами ловли.
