Озеро Щукино в Ленинградской области занимает площадь почти 27 гектаров, что придаёт ему вполне солидные размеры для ловли и отдыха. Оно расположено неподалёку от Рощино и Зеленогорска, так что добраться сюда несложно, а сама местность вокруг сохраняет спокойствие и природную простоту. Щукино выгодно отличается от мелких лужиц своим размахом и разнообразием обитателей, что и привлекает местных и приезжих рыболовов.
В водах Щукино водятся классические представители северной рыбалки: щука — грозный хищник, жерех, язь и сом добавляют азарта, а уклейка, плотва и ёрш создают фон для живого баланса. Налим, появляясь в глубоких местах, особенно интересен в холодный сезон. Ловля здесь — дело динамичное: от охоты на хищников до мирного вылова стайных рыб.
