Река Ксегжа в Рязанской области — небольшой, но живописный водоём длиной 28 километров, впадающий в Унжу, которая в свою очередь относится к бассейну Волги. Рядом находится город Елатьма, от которого река удалена всего на 13 с половиной километров.
