Озеро Проня в Рязанской области занимает площадь более 60 гектаров — достаточно внушительно, чтобы насладиться настоящей рыбалкой вдали от крупных городов. Оно расположено неподалёку от Спасска-Рязанского и Лесного, что облегчает доступ, но при этом сохраняет уединённость. Такой размер водоёма позволяет ловить рыбу сразу в нескольких точках, его масштаб хорошо ощущается на фоне окружающей природы.
Здесь водятся разные рыбы — от шустрых уклеек и плотвы до настоящих хищников, как щука и жерех. Налим и сом добавляют разнообразия, особенно в вечерние часы.
