Река Перемча протянулась примерно на 26 километров в Смоленской области, недалеко от городов Сафоново, Верхнеднепровский и Дорогобуж. Это не большая, но живописная речушка, которая вписывается в местный ландшафт и предлагает спокойные часы у воды не слишком далеко от городской суеты. Перемча впадает в более крупные водные системы региона, что добавляет ей живости и разнообразия.
Рыбалка на Перемче разнообразна: здесь можно встретить и хищника — щуку, и мирных обитателей — плотву, уклейку, ерша и язя.
