Мокрый Карачан — река длиной почти 33 километра в Тамбовской области, впадающая в Хопёр, который, в свою очередь, принадлежит бассейну Дона. Этот водоём интересен своей средней протяжённостью и местоположением в центральной России, где реки часто насыщены разнообразной рыбой.
