Озеро Шепелькино в Тверской области занимает площадь более 150 гектаров, что даёт простор для неспешных прогулок вдоль берега и размеренной рыбалки. Оно расположено всего в 7 километрах от Вышнего Волочка и чуть дальше от Красномайского, так что доехать сюда можно быстро из ближайших населённых пунктов. Масштаб водоёма позволяет почувствовать простор и уединение, несмотря на близость городов.
На Шепелькино ловят разнообразную рыбу: от активного жереха и уклейки до более спокойных плотвы и язя. Здесь водится и хищная щука, а также сом и налим, которые добавляют охоте на рыбу остроты. Рыбалка разноплановая — можно сосредоточиться на охоте за щукой или попробовать поймать плотву и уклейку, разнообразя процесс. Водоём подойдёт тем, кто любит менять тактику и не прочь половить несколько видов рыбы за выезд.
