Река Лух протянулась почти на 50 километров в Владимирской области, впадая в Клязьму, которая, в свою очередь, входит в бассейн Волги. Это не самый крупный, но весьма живописный водоём, расположенный недалеко от Гороховца и Вязников. Лух привлекает своей протяжённостью и возможностью уехать на рыбалку в спокойной, провинциальной обстановке, где немноголюдно и можно почувствовать настоящий контакт с природой средней полосы.
Рыбалка на Лухе даст возможность поохотиться на щуку — типичного хищника речных вод, а также на жереха и язя, которые дают бой в ямах и быстринах. Для любителей мирной рыбы здесь есть плотва, уклейка и ерш, а опытные рыболовы могут попытать удачу с налимом и сомом. Ловля разнообразна и интересна, хоть и без громких трофеев, зато с живыми впечатлениями от речной рыбалки.
