Река Йода протянулась на 26 километров в Ярославской области, совсем рядом с Рыбинском — всего восемь километров до города. Это не крупная, но вполне заметная речка, которая впадает в бассейн Волги. Ее длина делает рыбалку здесь приятной и разнообразной — можно пройтись вдоль берега и попробовать разные места. Локация близко к городу даёт удобство для однодневных выездов без долгих переездов.
На Йоде можно встретить как мирную рыбу, вроде плотвы и уклейки, так и хищников — щуку, жереха и даже налима. Щука здесь активна, как и в большинстве речных мест, а жерех любит быстрые участки. Для рыболова это возможность поэкспериментировать с разными снастями и техниками ловли, переключаясь между мирной и хищной рыбой. Рыба на Йоде разнообразна, так что скучать не придется.
