Река Węgorapa, или Анграпа, протянулась почти на 104 километра по Калининградской области, впадая в Преголю. Она проходит совсем близко к Озёрску и Черняховску, а чуть дальше от неё расположен Гусев. Эта река — важная часть бассейна Преголи, и её длина позволяет охватить разные участки с разнообразной рыбой. Анграпа цепляет своей протяжённостью и наличием сразу нескольких крупных населённых пунктов неподалёку, что удобно для выездов на рыбалку.
Здесь водятся щука и жерех — классические хищники, которые любят активную охоту, а также сом и налим, предпочитающие более глубокие или укромные места. Плотва, уклейка, язь и ёрш делают рыбалку разнообразной: на Анграпу можно ловить и мирную рыбу, и хищников. Ловля требует внимания и разной тактики, ведь каждый вид ведёт себя по-своему, что делает рыбалку на этой реке живой и интересной.
