Река Курдюм протянулась на 65,5 километра в Саратовской области и впадает в Волгоградское водохранилище. Это довольно заметный приток бассейна Волги, расположенный вблизи таких городов, как Светлый, Татищево и Саратов — до них рукой подать, если ехать на рыбалку. Курдюм привлекает своей длиной и местом впадения, создавая интересную водную артерию в этом регионе.
На Курдюме хватает разных рыб, среди которых жерех и язь добавят азарту, а щука обеспечит хищнические моменты рыбалки. Есть сом и налим — рыба, способная удивлять своим характером. Радует присутствие плотвы, уклейки и ёршика, что создаёт разнообразие и позволяет экспериментировать с разными снастями и приемами ловли. Рыбалка здесь живописна и разнообразна, каждый найдет для себя что-то по душе.
